Because Mazalot delivers a personalized digital reading the moment you unlock it, please read this policy before purchasing.

One-time readings

Your full report and couples reading are generated specifically for the birth details you provide and are delivered instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once generated. That said, we want you to feel the purchase was fair — if something went wrong (a technical error, a duplicate charge, or the reading failed to generate), email info@mazalot.io within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

Subscriptions ("Your Sky")

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time; you will not be charged again and your access continues through the end of the current paid month. We don't provide partial-month refunds, but we're reasonable about genuine mistakes — just write us.
