Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Mazalot collects, why, and your choices. We respect that birth details are personal, and we treat them accordingly.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Birth details you enter: name, date, time, and place of birth for each chart you create — used solely to compute and interpret that chart for you.
• Purchases: handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and a payment reference; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand site usage.

How we use it

To create your charts and readings, maintain your account, process payments, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your birth details with third parties except the service providers needed to run Mazalot (e.g. payment processing, hosting).

Readings & AI

Readings are generated for your chart using our own computation engine and a language model operating under our control. Your reading is stored so you can re-open it without re-generating. We do not publish your readings or your birth details.

Retention & deletion

We keep your account and charts until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account and associated data, email info@mazalot.io from your account address and we will remove it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and (if enabled) analytics cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
